Gulzaar special Pulao masala

Ingrediants:

Whole black pepper 2 tbsp
Nut meg ½ tsp
Mace ½ tsp
Aniseed 2 tbsp
Cinnamon 3 sticks
Small cardamom 10
Black cumin 2 tbsp

Method:

In a flat pan add 2 tbsp whole black pepper, ½ tsp nut meg, ½ tsp mace, 2 tbsp aniseed, 3 cinnamon sticks, 10 small cardamom and 2 tbsp black cumin to roast and grind.
