Gulzar Special Kunna masala

Ingrediants:

Black cumin 6 tbsp
Mace 1 tbsp
Whole coriander 8 tbsp
Whole black pepper 2 tbsp
Star anise 2
Clove 1 tbsp
Small cardamom 1 tbsp

Method:

On flat pan put 6 tbsp black cumin, 1 tbsp mace, 8 tbsp whole coriander, 2 tbsp black pepper, 2 star anise, 1 tbsp clove and 1 tbsp small cardamom to toast. Then grind them in a grinder.
